About the event
Please join us for the fourth installment of TechTea - a technique discussion - where we will delve into the next phase of the rowing stroke: the Finish (aka the release). This session builds upon Drive technique, which we reviewed and discussed back in February.
TechTea is designed for Juniors and masters rowers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, who are eager to enhance their technique and improve their performance on the ergs and on the water.
Coffee, Tea (piping hot), and pastries will be provided!
