Please join us for the third installment of TechTea - a technique discussion - where we will delve into the next phase of the rowing stroke: the Drive. This session builds upon Catch technique, which we reviewed and discussed back in January.
TechTea is designed for Juniors and masters rowers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, who are eager to enhance their technique and improve their performance on the ergs and on the water.
Coffee, Tea (piping hot), and pastries will be provided!
