Join WRC for this month's TechTea technique discussion, where we will delve into one of the most critical aspects of rowing: the Catch. This session is designed for rowers of all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes, who are eager to enhance their technique and improve their performance on the ergs and on the water.
