Spring rowing begins Tuesday, April 4 for returning rowers.  New Rowers begin Tuesday, May 16th.

Join WRC for one or both of our coached spring rowing sessions. The April 4th session will not have a barge session for new rowers, so we ask that only returning or experienced rowers join us at that time. Watuppa Rowing Center

Watuppa Rowing Center

Watuppa Rowing Center, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, provides opportunities for high school students in the Greater Fall River area to learn to row, race competitively, and improve post-secondary prospects for students.

We began our life as the Bay Coast Rowing Center in 2018 but have re-branded as the Watuppa Rowing Center to highlight our unique location.

Watuppa Rowing Center is conveniently located on the South Watuppa Pond in Fall River, Massachusetts.  The pond consists of 1,550 acres of non-tidal water.  We want to partner and share our water with all rowers, clubs, and schools in the area.

From teens to masters, military vets to para athletes, to those training for the highest level of competition, we are building an inclusive and exciting rowing center. We’re new…come grow with us!
